I agree as well! But I believe there is much more underway than we know or may think for that matter! Too many little things that don't make sense to do as a Shell Company even with Revenues! Why put the money out when there no actual return on that basis alone.

I think timmimg is being Planned! and they( Company Management ) have learning from the Company's past which is valuable and I believe there is a build up underway with whether its in actual Fight Promotion, Fight or TV Production, something else or all of these!

Tito Ortiz in a recent Interview made a comment about StrikeForce, Affliction and ProElite all being in cahoots together! This is long after( more than half a year ) any ProElite Event has taken place, the Strikeforce deal has been done and effectively StrikeForce is off as its always doing its own thing! Affliction was always separate doing its own thing! No reason to mention ProElite at all but he does! And speaks in operational active business sense along with other active Players at that time!

Affliction Entertainment is now gone! Does that leave 2 active players in that group!

Secondly why keep the Web Site! When the IFL closed its doors
one the first things it let go was the Web Site both in name and the actual site both gone! They have kept the WebSite Address and Name and moved it looks like in preparation of new Lanuch! I have heard the Web Site is being revised and I think Re-done to remove the other things that have no business interests in the operational elements of Pro I mean without being general Sponsors and Advertisers like any other company!

Why close the Operational Control Business door with King unless you got other business underway maybe in new direction and/or with just want to have NEW car not re-paint the old one! Yeah I get the money aspect but you only get money if the Production/Event makes money anyway! Why not remain the controlling Interest unless your can make money off the old car and build a NEW one to sell as new product with fresh Plan and look that will work going forward!

Too many key players and people still own large shares in the company including ShowTime and Frank Shamrock! No big names pulling out to be seen!

ProElite still owns from what I understand somewhere in the area of 100 Fighter Contracts why keep these at all! There are
dozens of reputable reasonably sized Promotions out their who love to have 1 tenth of these fighters and Contracts! Lots of still big well known names! Unless your going to use them as part of a new Plan!

Chuck Champion is still here! No need for a big player like Chuck to be still in play maybe more so than ever! He's got something up his sleeve! And he's not finished playing his hand yet but we know some big multi-million dollar deals have already been done with StrikeForce and King of the Cage/Bully BeatDown! Creating a big ongoing revenue stream for Years!
