There are the facts that the availability of services (the launch) occured July 31. Anyone with a only a limited understanding of the english language can plainly read this.

And then we have the IMO facts .... the misinformational, misread, & mistaken posts stating otherwise, ie: opinion.

Any statement of "fact" ending with IMO is an oxymarune. If it is a fact then it ceases to be an (your/my) opinion. Anyone needing further clarification should consult a dictionary.

We'll know "officially" via sec statement in November how OVOE's service is accepted. Not before.

Of course, unofficially, we'll have a close approximation before then. I'm betting it goes well. As well as more contracts with others.
