If they had to have a vote on the raising of the A/S regardless if the company has a majority vote, wouldn't the shareholders get to vote regardless? A vote isn't a vote unless you have a tally.

I'm sorry if this is something that is common knowledge. If I don't know, I ask.

I would like to hear both sides of this. Thanx
