Just a question, curious to know, say if the A/S is above the 500 mil (no speculation crap). More so if to say it did happen to be above the 500, is there any legal backlash that could come of the A/S being above the 500 mil. Or is it OK for them to do this.

I know the answer will come soon but just curious what the legalities are behind this.
