normally the company puts out a PR stating they have found an MM who is willing to sponsor them for alisting. I doubt if they have filed as I suspect the financials may not be ready till end of month or so!

In any case you can watch the daily list for OTCBB...I think they cover pink sheets too! Or you could just try this number and ask if GBDX has filed for relisting I I don't know for sure if this will work)!
