and that they are in FACT not issuing more shares, and also that the increase in A?S was only because of a pending buyout.
Yet if you check (as someone has previously posted) they A/S
is still at 5 Bill and he did in fact dilute another 500M shares as he/the company needed money. That was also posted. I believe the O/S went from like 1.61B to 2.2B or so. Yahoo hasnt updated that yet -dont know why. This was all done a little after that video conference where he clearly tells everyone that they must be on crack to think that he would dilute!!!!
