13:25 ET Jordanian magazine says Arafat will resign-- U.P.I.
United Press Int'l reports that a Jordanian magazine, Al-Majd, says that Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat is expected to step down in the coming weeks through an agreement between the United States, Israel, and certain Palestinian and Arab parties.
