Yep, your right, it is a piedream! The merger with Powerski ran out on Sept. 2nd. Seems Mike Long doesn't know why and can't get hold of Ken to find out why the merger didn't come to a reality. Well, I guess you can wipe your ASS with your NCVM stock certificates. Without Powerski, can't see that they would be worth a SHIT!
