Other than as a partner and investor in the possible Joint Venture companies, the Company will also be directly involved with the management and coordination of the Joint Venture companies, as well the projects in China.
The Company believes that as a partner of the Joint Venture companies, the coming projects will not only bring in revenue to the Company but also add solid assets from the percentage of share of the Joint Venture companies that the Company will own. The Company believes that it will maintain stable income by providing management and coordination to the Joint Venture companies and the projects in China, as well the profit sharing from the Joint Ventures companies in accordance to the percentage that the Company will own>
