A company isn't going to award a 20+ million contract to a company that dosent have a product name. If it's as simple as changing the name WHY haven't they. A Fortune 5000 company let alone a fortune 500 company won't sitdown with a company who can't even name it's product plus pending litigation. Copyright/Patent office setting dates for said lawsuit, I'm pretty sure it puts them in a holding pattern. They cannot just tell all the laywers "hey it's ok, we changed the name". TASER would be saying "How could they of gotten that contract without it 1ST being marketed as "The DAZER Laser" Game, point, set and match fellas. Their cannot be a contract awarded due to LNGT's press release advertising it as the Dazer, even if they change the name it has to go to trial! Right? The Mayor of New York is standing next to a DAZER LASER sign? That photo is on the Ibox right? Please someone with an Law experience answer my question?
