Vantone Manufacturing has interest in Shenyang Vantone Yuan Trading Co., Ltd. (Vantone Yuan). Vantone Yuan engaged in the distribution of 70 different commodity products, mainly through more than 400franchise stores located throughout China. On May 14, 2009, the Company acquired Vantone International Group Inc.
