The reason the PPS is .005 is because of...

the broken promises of launch, advertising, etc....

PRs are nice...but until we actually have programming with eyeballs on it....we sit here....@ .005

we all bought into this idea at various points and we know there is a market for it.... so let it happen...

I really don't expect movement in the PPS until mid October....that's IF they get it on the air to select cities by Oct 6th......
The market is skeptical for good reason.....
