They've received a grant before from the state of NY;

A lot more government money available now to help fund renewable energy projects such as Laidlaw's.

The NY project is currently in federal court. Laidlaw is suing the town of Ellicottville, NY for $10M + interest.

Laidlaw's NH project is moving right along. We expect permit application to be submitted within the next few weeks.
