CRRA: CEO Comments on $500K Funding to Advance Building Products to Markets

Capital Resource Alliance Inc. (CRRA) announced an agreement yesterday in principle with a private group of investors for a $500,000 private placement of the corporation's common stock. The agreement calls for five monthly tranches of $100,000 to be used to expand marketing efforts with interested government and private concerns in several third-world countries.
In an interview yesterday with SmallCapVoice.com, CEO Ray Gordon commented, "We are currently in a position of not having any significant debt, but we now need funds that will allow us to move forward to advance our product line into the housing, commercial building and humanitarian markets."
The Company manufactures and markets the "WonderWall," a revolutionary building system that involves on-site creation of long lasting, low cost housing, schools, commercial buildings and storage facilities. This new "building block" is designed to be the structural centerpiece for many buildings that use cement as the foundation of their construction. The unique construction material has proven to be earthquake resistant, bullet proof, hurricane resistant, lightweight and easy to ship & produce, non-combustible and fire resistant.
Mr. Gordon explained in the interview, "Interest has been very high for the product. We have had people come in from all over the world to review this product. We are looking to formalize relationships this year with dealers across the world."
He noted, "There is significant potentials for this product going forward because of it being carbon-neutral in a world where concrete and cement contribute greatly to carbon emissions."
Mr. Gordon added, "This product also lends itself to high-end construction as a result of the product being energy absorbent and almost bullet proof. This makes it ideal for security applications such as embassies and security areas."
