He said it would be out yesterday, but we think he might have done a paper filing and it is just slowing down the process. Realize these guys were ready to file this 10Q in late July but somebody in the accountant's family died, then they had a big event (announcement they were really close to doing an LOI), then the auditor suddenly retired, then the guys the retired auditor recommended had a backlog, then we filed using paper.

So we are getting there it has just been a very long windy road.
