It's hard for me to believe that Jared turned down a buyout of significant magnitude just because he thought his golden goose was worth more. But I could be wrong. The question now is: Are those parties still interested in buying the company after the lawsuits are settled? If so, we could still get a decent payday with a sale of the company. If not, it will take longer for Jared to get the company to comparable value by going it alone. All IMHO. GLTA.
