wow, sorry to hear that.......I have my own insurance nightmares with my wife, trying to get **legitimate** claims to be made is like pulling teeth.....I lost count of how many resubmissions I have had file, for no reason, other than it didn't "go through" the first (or second, third....) time.....how convenient for the insurance Cos.....lost claims, rejected claims for no reason, then just not paying even after they agree to......incredible......I may not want the Gov to tell us what we can do, but I dislike insurance Cos doing it as well....lose-lose with health-care nowadays.....

hope your son recovers, and maybe you should talk to someone high up at the insurance Co, and be persistent.....threats of turning your attorney on them sometimes helps ;)

PS: GLTY with NSOL, like I have always said, Herda has the ability to produce a "pop" every so often, so who knows.....

PPS: nothing wrong with being positive, as long as it is sprinkled with some realism, IMO......
