OT: Because they make the rules/laws. If you think that we do, you are very sadly mistaken.

My ? is... WHY CAN'T WE MAKE THE FEDERAL GOV'T MORE EFFICIENT, AND IN DOING SO, ELIMINATE SOME OF THEIR JOBS (REPLACING THEM W/ COMPUTERS IS MY SUGGESTION). SERIOUSLY!
