You are trying to put logic and apply fundamentals to a pinky momo play - who knows why half these POS stocks move down here - and who cares what their valuations are - none of them are worth anything anyway, no matter how many shares they have issued or potentially can issue....

You hold these stocks for a few hours to a few days AT MOST -if someone is buying and holding and worrying about R/S and other "real" stock garbage with these pinkies they are going to loose their shirt....it is a non-issue.
