Well... apparently, you don't purchase stock in the company, you purchase warrants, and if APP Pharma gets over 1-2 billion in revenue, then you're warrants get paid off anywhere up to $6 per warrant. I read that off of an old Yahoo! Message Board somewhere, so I'm not 100% sure it is accurate...
