The only problem with that is what does XI have to move forward with? What product does XI have to build a business on? Things need to happen pretty much concurrently, but the immediate focus need to be in securing a product and facility to produce that product in.

BTW folks, we need to bring in some additional funds for the attorney soon to keep our efforts in BK court moving forward...
