Dear Shareholders,

As you may have seen the new website has been created and launched at www.bebidabeverages.net. As I have said many times, we have on several occasions thought we had the proper access to the former owners website, however we still are missing something that is keeping us from uploading it correctly into the .com location. We will be persistent trying to get this done.

Also, several people have mentioned there unhappiness with the site. What I can say to that is, now that we have something up and control it we are going to treat it as it should be a work in progress. We didn’t want to go to extremes with the site until we have decided unequivocally about the potential merger VS an alliance with Potencia USA LLC. This will be a major topic for discussion in the coming months between Daisy Ramirez, myself, and the other personnel that have been on this journey since the beginning.

And lastly, this week this website will have a fully functional store of its own, where all of the Bebida products along with the Potencia Products can be purchased.

As we get through this hot weather and continue to grow, I would like to say to all shareholders, thanks for your patience and loyalty. We have come a long way but have a very long way to go. We have had at least 3-4 new distributors and retailers contacting us every week for the last several months. Either because of our continued racing and media coverage, our sampling and other events, or the buzz we have been continuing throughout the beverage media.

In closing, all shareholders please remember BBDA is not our brand nor is Bebida Beverages. Piranha Water, Koma Unwind are our brands!!!

Our company is not a symbol, our products and people are our company! We will continue to strengthen their brand recognition which in turn equals more sales which will a equal tremendous increase of share value.

Racing Recap
The second race of the Nashville Double header for the ASALMS Series was one of highs and lows for the Piranha Water/Potencia Energy Drink #33 Chevrolet. Dillon Oliver was near the top of the speed charts both practice sessions on Friday at the Nashville Superspeedway, despite a few mechanical failures.

With the issues fixed Dillon would start the race from the front row after his 9th place qualifying effort and the inversion of the field. When the green flag dropped the Piranha on the hood had a clear view and Oliver was by far the fastest car on the track. Dillon dominated the first 50 laps of the 100 lap race leading the field by a very comfortable margin.

At the halfway point the cars came on pit road for fuel and a fresh set of tires. This would prove to be the turning point in the race for the #33 car. The second set of tires that were put onto the car unexpectedly changed the handling of the car significantly. The #33 started to fade back in the field. Two times during the second half of the race Dillon decided to come into the pits during yellow flag laps to make some adjustments.

When all was said and done, the Bowling Green native would fight his way back from 12th place to cross the line in the 8th place spot.
