I suspect the 10Q late filing notice is them hoping to get the LC written into the earnings release?

is that possible since it would not have happened in the last quarter, but the current quarter?

Or is it simply not wanting to say "no earnings" before they drop the LC success, and start the jump from .025 rather than .09?

any other ideas? I'm sure to miss something in the strategy of it all.
