Here is the email I got back from the SEC

As you may be aware, SEC investigations are conducted on a non-public and confidential basis to help ensure the integrity of the investigative process. In general, the SEC will neither confirm nor deny the existence of an investigation unless, and until, it becomes a matter of public record as the result of a court action or administrative proceeding. I have checked our public database for Advanced Content Services but did not find any SEC enforcement actions.

yes sir I dont want to file anything but a lot of us stockholders has questions on a company that we share hold it is Advanced Content Services Inc ticker adcs, we have questions about the diligent of this company how they are moving shares or the lack of because this company has been sitting on .0001 for ever it never changes. We just want to know whats going on because they dont provide shareholder no information on the website at all. Who can we talk to about this.
