Ya know... I've been gone for like a week... and when I came back I read through all of the pages of posts on this forum...
Plantiff has had some insightful ideas over the years and has done a pretty good job with keeping things on the forum up to date. Since he's been the moderator, my posts haven't been deleted - which I appreciate. I don't always agree with his opinions, however he's been pretty good about keeping things open for debate.
I think this whole thing has escalated pretty agressively and some folks got their feelings hurt.
We've only had new folks on the BOD for like a week - real life people with other responsibilities, jobs, families. But concerned investors with real life business experience to bring to the table. I don't know these people from the next guy, however it is encouraging to see a change of gaurd. Admittingly, I am a bit numb with this stock anyhow and have written the whole thing off. But if these new folks can create some forward momentum and properly manage the ownership of the patent and the litigation with T-mobile, I will be content.
Plantiff, I don't think you should resign... but maybe you should take a few weeks off or only check ihub once every few days... You, like many of us have probably convinced your friends and families to buy into this investment opportunity and are now feeling like you have to do something because it would seem that no one else is. That is honorable... but if your powerpoint and your ideas really are valuable to all shareholders - why don't you surrender them to the current BOD and see where it goes - after all, they may be helpful.
Anyhow... that's all I have to say for now...
