Interesting info. Would you happen to have a link to the source? I did find a partial confirmation at http://www.telonu.com/reviews/advanced-content-services-inc but it doesn't mention Mr. Spahr. Additionally there doesn't appear to be ANY taxable entity in the State of Texas named Advanced Content Services, Inc. or any ready permutation of that phrase.

Additionally, I found the address and phones listed to a company called Quantum International which was associated with another stock scam a year or so ago under a previous incarnation of ADCS. The address seems to be just another mail drop.

It doesn't surprise me that Steven Shawn Spahr would be presenting himself in this manner. Rather than contact the SEC a better approach might be to contact the Texas Attorney General's office or whatever entity monitors publicly traded companies in Texas. Forwarding your information and links to PinkSheets.com might also help get ADCS returned to skull and crossbones status.
