It's the natural recycling of equities. When funds or big players sell, you get a drop in price - simple economics.

The questions should REALLY be why are they selling. IMO it's a simple profit taking activity from accumulation in the .2's. If you can all remember, DOMS was on the bid a few times back in the .2's and now they are making a little coin (I know this because DOMS and JEFF are not your average retail MM's).

Once this stops, you'll see nice price movement again. Remember we have roughly $1.35 in stock holders equity.
