Likely future event dates starting Oct 31st.

10Qs & 10Ks required for years 2001, 2002, 2003 and YTD 2004

10/31/04, 11/15/04, 12/01/04 and 12/31/04

10/31: 2001 10Q/10K. Verification of the OS and Float.
11/15: 2002 10Q/10K. 2002 profitability numbers.
12/01: 2003 10Q/10K. 2003 - Increased profitability ?
12/31: 2004 10Q/10K. 2004 - Nice numbers due to NEW stores ?

These are just the obvious future event dates.

Additionally, one knows that an OTC BB Listing is emminent.

Why else file the 10Q and 10Ks ?
