it always takes time for those types of stock to trade without looking so funkafied. After the stock is out there, it will trade normally. The bid will most likely be .4 since that is the reverse price. But because there is no real stock out in the market yet it looks funky. Patience, because it is coming. And when it does you, me and everyone will be happy.
