I am not 100% sure that this one is a scam yet unless you have some information that I dont know of yet. I do know that jerome maloney has another penny stock company called IVOT that is looking like a complete mirror of this one. Some news gets put out and the price goes up then nothing for a few more months and the price goes down or goes dormant. So all of the stock holders loose interest an move on. The companies look and research like they should be excellent companies to invest in becasue the idea is there but one thing is lacking there is no vision on how to make the company go from a want to be company to a company that excells. That is where the money is going. Investors have learned there lesson and are more diligent before they sink money into a company. You will always have your day traders fast money in shake the pot then pull there money out hopefully at a profit. More and more investors though are a little more careful of where there money is going and would rather search for potential profits then just throw there money away. Those days are long gone. If you could bring to light and scam potential all of us investors would really appreciate it. Most time if a company exec is doing it one place they think they can do it by just changing the mame and trying ti again.
