I had typed in both "ldsr and landstar" under search on each individual web site that Landstar had business with. I could find no dealings on the sights of the proposed business buyers. If I am incorrect in my search thoughts please feel free to correct me. I am a novice in this. I had read so much negativity I desired to verify authenticity.
I am a Pastor and last winter found our broker had invested in some stocks that had lost 80% of my retirement. With what was left I closed account and moved it to Scottrade. Without any clue what I was doing I invested in only 2 stocks. One was feed (paid $1.01) and the other was landstar (paid .0002). Feed is over $5.00 and ldsr is almost a penney. As of now I am blessed to say I am even with what I had given the broker originally.
Although I am even, I get nerves’ about whether a company is legit or not. I was using part of my retirement to send my daughter to school in a couple years. There is no way a savings account, bonds, or a cd will pay the cost of tuition three years from now. That’s why I thought about stocks. Thanks for your help and clarity in advance.
