Part of that could be that BB
does actually care about the SP these days, even though
huge things are happening and about to be PR'd.
One reason for this could be that CL is part of the 'inner
circle' and is a devout chartist.
He could be to BB what Nancy was to Ronald with her belief
in astrology. After all it is better to get the pps climbing
slowly rather than flying up wildly.
