ever consider that one of the reasons they won't get financing is because they have a pending lawsuit with PN... no of course you didn't.

ever consider reading CPRK rebuttal and see where it states that CPRK is counter suing for precisely that reason.. again no of course you didn't.

i would guess by reading some of the posts here that this some people first stock..
