I think that means that it will be filed within five days from tomorrow(due on the 15th). This is a quarterly report, so i think I am reading that right. This now makes 3 of the last 4 10Qs and the last 10k was delayed too so it is not like Captain Jim was making too bold of a prediction.

Also the last 2 10q delays were both resolved within 5 days and the 10k was within 15. So expect it very shortly.
