Well it is all up to making a couple things happen now...they need to ....

*secure land to build on...no indication in the 10 Q about that...i would think they would definantly need that for approval to go forward...

*Huge financing...this project is going to cost $100 million...again many projects started in India but cant go forward because financing has fallin thru...PTOS needs to show it can finance this deal to get approval..

*they need to sumit a pre-feasibility report to PEDA within 120 days...30 days have already gone by...is this where LDK comes in?..its most likly they will sumit the engineering requirements...

*they need to lock up LDK to a binding agreement and GET R DONE..

*and what happened to the Intertek certifacation of the hybrid panell...i was expecting that a long time ago?

Theres still a lot of answers out there..it would be nice to see them PR some of them as they get executed...
