On page 41 date 6/19 they bill hours for ' conference call potential asset sale'.
There are also numerous bills for hours for 'Buyer calls' spread out through the doc.
All seemed to be centered around June 19.

This is going to be some research material for many here.

You'd have to surmise that it's actively in discussion and being pursued.
