a pinkie deciding to start reporting shouldve made it pop a bit considering they have all these potentialy scoreable gov contracts..i dunno seems weird it didnt run...dilution maybe? but there was enough buying but no movement once traders see that they stay away....so why did that happen is wha ti want to know..i dind tread the filing in detail..and im guessing those who did didnt find anything worth making a buy because of...so we drift back to lower 2s imo until big news runs this
