Thank you for your response. I understand that these trading restrictions can be frustrating and can cause an inconvenience when attempting to make these purchases. I'm happy to discuss this process with you.

We do regularly monitor and review different stocks. As stated in our previous response pink sheets, bulletin boards, and penny stocks are some of the more frequently monitored stocks due to the vulnerability and fraudulent activity that occurs in these stocks. However, these are not the only stocks we monitor. We monitor the trading activity and practices of all stocks.

Once a stock has been identified as having a large risk, we do require that purchases in these stocks be placed over the phone with a broker. This precaution is to protect our clients and their assets. I do understand that this can cause an inconvenience and for that we do apologize. However, we continue to monitor those stocks identified as having an increased risk. When and if we determine it is no longer necessary to restrict these stocks they are removed from the restricted stock list and are again able to be purchased online.

We were in the process of removing the restriction on GDHI and after receiving your e-mail I did request to expedite that process. Therefore you are not able to purchase GDHI online and no longer are required to make those purchases through a broker. Do note that this restriction was already in the process of being removed though, and these restrictions are not removed based on client requests.
