Well we all know that the spin off has to happen for the FFI company to be born....this means that it will sit on some exchange....My guess is that in order to attract institutional investors the intrinsic book value will be within a price range of 2-5 bucks with a PPS of 5-10 dollars....but according to SEC rules..this will not be determined by the BOD of NSOL but an independent company like a brokerage firm or some other well known money market maker like MS/ Goldman or someone else....

Hence the need and the necessity to put in on a real exchange like AMEX, NASDAQ, or NYSE....Most institutional buyers cannot purchase a stock below a PPS of 5 dollars....

Once the first plant is built...the next one will be a breeze....and despite all the rubbish out there...these guys are working hard to get every thing done...including the financing...the permitting and soon the engineering.... also

These things take time and patience ..but so far they have been on the ball and have not dropped it....Remember...I was there to not only meet the management but also had a chance to meet and talk to SHAW, the local and state politicians....and the KFA people....and others....

All is not lost at all...contrary...we have achieved a lot and things are getting done as I predicted....Please look at the time line of their PRs...and their SEC filings....they are all in order to achieve a singular goal of making this FFI company spin off happen so that a NEW ENERGY company can be born...
