Phrantic, Doug Furth was charged at least twice with manipulating securities. Now, if this guy really holds 300 million shares of SPNG it would certainly explain the strange trading in this stock if he is still skirting the law with his trading here. Here are the 2 charges I found, and I didn't have to look long, so there may be more:
-----------
Blue Chip alleges that Furth has or intends to violate applicable security laws by artificially manipulating the volume and price for EGLY shares.

illegal manipulation of the Company's stock

The PPS and volume of this stock is manipulated daily, and this guy supposedly controls 300 million shares. Putting 2 and 2 together here should be easy. Furth also claims a huge naked short that is pumped here daily as fact. How can anything be a fact from a guy that has been charged twice for security manipulation?

Correct. And the big question is what was he in court for?
