Cobra...if someone was going to buy ERHC they would be buying only the rights that ERHC holds as there is no operating company. Why would the books matter? I can see in general why they matter but can't understand why going back 4 years and in such minute detail? Does it have to do with obligations the company has, things like that? I noticed the amendment to the Ledbetter employment agreement.
