Actually Jimlur the ceo of a company i think called dyna mat, was on msnbc yesterday, they have a patent of something they spray from the sky that lowers the core temperature and absorbs moisture, they claim they are trying to convince the scientific community that it is safe environmentally and that is just dissolves in the ocean
