Reputable CEOs, when things go well, acknowledge the efforts of the Team, when things go poorly, step up and make it happen, for the Team, Shareholders and BOD,..oh yeah, ol tom is the largest shareholder and the only decison maker on the BOD.......HE OWNS IT.....ALL OF IT !!
