Yes if you want to get into philosophical arguments only thing you really can prove is 'I think therefore I am.'

however we live in a physical world, and we can prove things such as holdings.

to simply say that he doesn't hold these shares because he hasn't put forth a 13 g doesn't mean anything.

Go back to when he claimed he owned 40 million shares prior to the 13g... everyone thought he was full of it and said that his position couldn't be proven...
