I moved here from Dallas area for the low cost of living. You can get nice housing for under $75k. Little Rock has some world class hospitals.

North Arkansas is nice, hilly. South Ark is flat, humid (dew point normally over 75) chigger country. If you DON"T need a job then AR is great.
