Todays press release was accepted by some as a luke warm attempt to limit any potential loss! That is up for discussion in my view for the following reasons. Sunncomm is looking at the volume of CDs to be protected with MM5 in the next month, months and year.

The call centers are being established for the extra CDs that will hit the market worldwide in the upcoming quater and beyond.. We need to service what we sell "enhance, protect through copy management" It is very important not only to Sunncomm but to all labels , artists and consumers tha they are able to get help and anwers to questions in whatever language the customer is from. Sunncomm lstens to the and works with them to insure proper understanding and integrates their views if possibble. It fosters respect, acceptability and trustworthyness.

Good relationships and trust between Labels and Artist and Sunncomm will only help us down the road.

If we did not have the work, did not see the increase in volume coming or did not have the bookings, why would we establish call centers.

As stated in earlier posts 20 to 25 mi.cds with MM5 with only 2 labels BMG and Koch . That to me is a great start for the Q4. When Universal and EMI are added it could well exceed 100mi. in 4th quater. The figures are realistic not pie in the sky!
They all need to be supported. That is why the callcenters
are needed and todays announcement tells us what to expect.
