I need to add my thoughts on this conversation where IMO I believe Goldseeker is sadly mistaken
<The bocx stated: "Whether you or they like it or not, I have the right to know and if my doctor had a way to detect cancer and he did not offer it to me and I find out I got cancer I would make sure that he understood that he ALSO needed to know and for that I would use my lawyer. Clear?"

You cannot be any further wrong in stating the above. The patient must prove the doctor violated the standard of care. If you wanted to pay for a lawyer yourself, go ahead but no lawyer is going to take a case that is a clear loss.

What is even more important, if a doctor did give a RECAF test and it was not consider a standard of care, the doctor would be liable for lawsuits if the patient was injured from any resultant medical procedures.

IMO, the doctor would be more in hazard giving a RECAF test than not giving a RECAF test.>

Here is where you are wrong. Read my previous post. To recap:

Misdiagnosis of Cancer Lawyers

Today, there are many screening tests physicians may utilize for early detection of cancer. Cancer can be treated with surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or biological therapy. However, successful treatment is dependent upon a rapid and accurate diagnosis. Early detection is the key to most successful outcomes.

The more the cancer is allowed to develop without treatment, the greater the likelihood of the cancer spreading. A medical misdiagnosis or an incorrect diagnosis can delay critical treatments, worsen a disease or even cause death, especially in cases of cancer.

A medical misdiagnosis may be the result of medical malpractice when:

• Early detection tests are not ordered because of cost considerations
• A Doctor hastily offers a diagnosis without a proper medical evaluation
• A Doctor fails to order necessary tests to help diagnose or rule out cancer
• A Doctor fails to properly address a patient's signs and symptoms including:
• unexplained extensive weight loss
• enlargement of lymph nodes
• change in bowel or bladder habits
• unusual bleeding or discharge
• thickening or lump in a body part
• Early cancer detection tests are not properly administered
• A mammogram is misinterpreted or misread by a radiologist, leading to an enlargement or spread of breast cancer.
• A biopsy is misread or does not properly sample the suspicious tissue in question

Goldseeker wrote: " The patient must prove the doctor violated the standard of care. If you wanted to pay for a lawyer yourself, go ahead but no lawyer is going to take a case that is a clear loss." NOT TRUE (refer to the above). He also states, "IMO, the doctor would be more in hazard giving a RECAF test than not giving a RECAF test." Again, NOT TRUE (refer to the above).

I am looking forward his presentation at the ISOBM. Can Inverness be presenting with Moro? I don't know and it is wishful thinking on my part. All I know is that Smithline seems content to let it ride with their loan, so they must know something. Also the share price is holding steady in the anticipation of good news.

On the positive side of this biased chatroom, most, if not all of the doomsday scenarios have been PROVEN wrong. There are some intelligent posters here and I do learn from the conversations. What I can say is that my conviction is only stronger after the myths and heresay is dispelled. Everyone keep up the god work. We know what the truth is.
