I'm "dancing in the streets" baby! About time! Any kind of failure to mine ore this year will now be seen as a failure of management to deliver. They were supposed to have this show up and going last December and it is now eight months later and the construction isn't even done.

What I like about GORO is the low cost of mining the ore makes it a less risky gold play if gold drops to $750. If your gold producer has a $500 an ounce costs and gold drops they are losing a lot of profit potential compared to $950 an ounce.
