I doubt the company wants to address the SHO now.

They are so happy as they can buy shares at superbly low price. If they had to buyback at 30cts, they wouldnt have enough money to buyback 100mln shares. (tats 30million by the way. compared to only 10million if they buyback at 10cts range)
