To add on, RME cannot sell their restricted shares to the float. The transfer agent would not allow it.

So I don't think it's RME selling shares to the float, but rather SPNG selling their A/S remaining shares to the float and buying them back...

They are earning money from the sale of their treasury stock to the float which they buyback.

This is because they got 134mln shares to retire but they have not done so.
